Studio tips

Currently, we are planning to REOPEN our facility on 8/31/2020 with additional safety measures in place following all New York State mandates for the COVID-19 pandemic.

JAM Fitness is not responsible for unattended children in the facility. Children are not allowed to use studio equipment such as weights, etc. for their own safety.


Patrons should attend to matters of personal hygiene. Strong perfumes should be avoided as it may aggravate other patrons.


During inclement weather months please bring dry athletic footwear to use during class. Do not wear wet or dirty shoes onto the fitness floor.


JAM is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost and found items are cleared out at the end of each month.


Please be courteous while other classes are in session. Keep conversation volume low as to not distract instructors and participants in the class.


JAM memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. As a courtesy, memberships and class packs may be frozen for up to 2 weeks, one time per year. If additional time is needed a doctors note is required.


Unlimited memberships start  on the day of purchase. Class passes start on the date of first visit.

Planning Your Visit


Pre registration is required for all classes. Registration closes 30-minutes prior to class start time. Classes can be booked on our schedule page.


Cubbies are available for storing personal belongings.


Water and a towel are recommended for all classes.


Wear appropriate athletic attire that is easy to move in along with athletic footwear (cross trainers are recommended for most classes).


There are two bathrooms available for changing.
