JAM Fitness is not responsible for unattended children in the facility. Children are not allowed to use studio equipment such as weights, etc. for their own safety.
Patrons should attend to matters of personal hygiene. Strong perfumes should be avoided as it may aggravate other patrons.
During inclement weather months please bring dry athletic footwear to use during class. Do not wear wet or dirty shoes onto the fitness floor.
JAM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please be courteous while other classes are in session. Keep conversation volume low as to not distract instructors and participants in the class.
JAM passes and punch cards are non transferable and cannot be extended past expiration date.
No pre registration is necessary for regular classes--specialty class sessions can be booked on our schedule page when available.
Pre registration is required for all TRX classes. You can book your spot on our schedule page.
Arrive early to your first class to complete a waiver, purchase your class card, or drop in (save time by pre-purchasing a card online).
Cubbies are available for storing personal belongings.
Water and a towel are recommended for class.
Wear appropriate athletic attire that is easy to move in along with athletic footwear (cross trainers are recommended for most classes).
There are two bathrooms available for changing.
