Our full schedule of classes is available. All classes are offered virtually via live streaming, and indoors with a maximum of 14 clients. You must register for the offering of your choice using the class schedule.
All class cards and memberships can be purchased online and used to book your classes. All memberships are valid on in-person AND virtual classes.
Our studio is open for indoor classes. In-person classes are offered with limited capacity. All in-person classes are also livestreamed and offered virtually. See below for our updated policies, procedures and practices relative to COVID-19.
We have added on-demand workouts for our members on our Member VIP page. If you are a member with an active card or unlimited package, please contact us for your access.
Pre registration is required for all virtual classes. Registration closes 30-minutes prior to class start time. Classes can be booked on our schedule page or by using the Mindbody app.
Registered participants will receive a link to access their virtual class 30-minutes prior to class start time via email. If you do not receive your virtual access email please contact us.
All virtual live streaming classes are offered via Zoom. To download the Zoom app on your phone, tablet, or desktop computer please visit their website.
Please log in 10 minutes prior to the start of class to give yourself time. This will ensure you are in the virtual waiting room when we start class. Logging in late to class may prevent you from being granted access.
If you can no longer attend your scheduled class, we kindly ask that you log into your account and cancel your booking. You can cancel your booking without being charged, right up until the start of class time.

Face coverings are mandatory while inside the facility at all times. This includes during all classes. Acceptable face coverings include, but are not limited to, cloth-based face coverings and disposable masks appropriate for exercise that cover both the mouth and nose. Bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not acceptable face coverings for use in gyms and fitness centers.
Members will be allowed into the studio no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Please wait in your vehicle or on the designated cue markers outside the studio entrance.
For the safety of our members, and for contact tracing purposes, there is no walk-in availability for in-person classes, pre-registration is required. Additionally, only registered participants may enter the studio. No additional guests may accompany you.
Wipe down any borrowed equipment (weights, mats, etc.) before AND after use. Additional disinfecting wipes will be available throughout the studio. Please follow the instructor's recommendation for where to place equipment when you are finished.
