CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

A fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout. Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged. 

Barre

Get ready to be drenched in strength! Pilates & Yoga inspired movement for the group fitness junkie--high energy, low impact routines set to music for a feel-good workout! Shoes optional, mats available at the studio.

PiYo® Live

Rumble is an authentic, easy to master, maximum cardio, mixed martial arts workout! No martial arts experience required, just a willingness to sweat, a desire to get an incredible workout, and the willingness to have fun along the way! RUMBLE sticks are used for a portion of the class and are available at the studio.

RUMBLE®

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party using Latin and World rhythms. Nothing to bring except a good pair of sneakers for your dancing feet!

ZUMBA® FITNESS

A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you! Piloxing gloves optional and available for sale. Mats available at the studio.

Piloxing®

R.I.P.P.E.D.® combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance. Cardio, weights, fun, and done! We use light/medium dumbbells and a mat, all available at the studio!

R.I.P.P.E.D.®

Suspension training targeting total body strength PLUS flexibility, balance, and core. Using your own body weight, you will be able to make the workout harder or easier depending on your position, so this class is suitable for all fitness levels!
